Order for Puerto Rico

Customer:

Hi – I just ordered one of your stoves via amazon. This order is for my sister in Puerto Rico who has no power but has access to natural gas. Once I get the package here I will be mailing it to her so she can cook. Is there any way to get the stove shipped quicker? Please.

The current estimate for delivery to my Orlando FL home is Oct 12- Oct27. Thank you for anything that you can do. I’m desperate to help her in this very small way.

  1. An EasyFlamer EF13SQN50WG stove will be shipped to your Florida address with usps priority air mail. The USPS should pick it up from us today.   The tracking number is 9405 5036 9930 xxxx xxxx 01.  It should arrive at your place in two days (Saturday 10/7).
  2. We will refund your purchase through amazon. We help to pay for the product and shipment to your Florida home.   Please ignore any reason we have to put into Amazon in order to refund you.   Please use your order money to pay for your next shipping to your sister in Puerto Rico.

Attached in this email is the user installation guide for the stove.  Bests.

Wow. You did not have to do this but it is so very much appreciated.  As I was reading the email to my husband we both teared up.

Last night I sent a note to my sister that the burner might not arrive until late in the month (at the earliest) but that I was going to contact you to see if I could expedite the delivery. She responded this morning very positive saying that the important thing is that it will get to her and not to worry about the time frame.  She will be incredibly happy to hear about your generosity and the very quick response.

I wanted to give you an update. Your package arrived yesterday afternoon and I was able to send it off to my sister last night. (There is a post office near by that is open late). I sent it 2/3 day shipping but given the circumstances in Puerto Rico they don’t guarantee the delivery.
