The regulator has a leak protection feature. When activated, it reduces gas flow to the burner. Please re-read item 8 2~4 paragraphs of attached user guide. Before turning on the propane tank top valve, please shut off all stove valves (left and right). Turning on the tank valve there should be one immediate clicking sound from the regulator. After up to 1 minute, the regulator will give another clicking sound indicating completing its leak detection process. Only after this 2nd click, the burner can be turned on. Otherwise the regulator refuses to give full pressure.

Let us know if you still have problem getting full pressure. We did test every stove before shipping. It was functioning correctly before we ship to you.

Customer:

I followed your instructions and printed out the PDF you sent along with it I wished I would’ve had that information in the box when I receive the item . It now works great thank you,

We stop sending hard copy instruction more than 10 years ago. When we ship, we send out our customer the shipping information along with the installation guide in PDF.

Glad that you are able to overcome the problem.
