Customer Feedback: Hi, I bought a CL130 PowerFlamer and like it. But with a wok on, I turn up the gas to the top, the flames come out of the side of the wind guard. It seems dangerous. The whole point of this was to do high btu wok cooking, so I hope you have a solution that isn’t ‘turn the flame down.’ Thank you!

For the stove you have, the power is limited to the area underneath the wok. If the flame is already coming out of the wind guard from its bottom side, there is no need to increase heat anymore.
