Hi, I have to admit I was skeptical that your product would be able to deliver the power of a “real” wok burner at home, but I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with PowerFlamer PF13L130EI I just received. Setup was no problem, and I measured the temperature of my carbon steel wok at 1400 F after less than 1 minute of heating. Amazing!
