Hello, First of all I must tell you how much I love my PF13L60 !
I all ways wanted to duplicate some great dishes I have had across the country, and never could achieve it, until using your PF with a 16″ Mandarin carbon steel wok to achieve “Wok Hei”, of which was the most important “missing ingredient”.
When I ordered from you before, I got an extra regulator for back up.
Now I would like to order the complete valve assembly with hose for back up because I never want to not have use of this beautiful way to cook.
Please respond to what I need to do to get this done.
