Questions: First, could you tell me how your units compare to commercial Chinese wok ranges with foot controlled output? Second, has anyone integrated one of your burners into an outdoor range (for instance, a stainless steel prep table)?
Our stove should be as powerful as the commercial wok range. Commercial wok range uses low pressure gas typically and relies on much larger burner area to achieve high enough heat. Our stove uses high pressure gas which can deliver at least same amount heat with much compact size to suit portable and back yard application.
We do have customers integrating our stove onto their outdoor cooking island.
