Customer (High Pressure Regulator):
I ordered a high pressure regulator last month and I’ve been having problems with it. The gas comes out slowly and I’m not able to get the high power flame. Can you provide a solution? Thank you.

Can you watch video #1 on page https://outdoorstirfry.com/?page_id=768. The regulator needs to give two clicking sounds after you turn on the tank valve. These two sounds can sometime space out as long as 1 minute. Please don’t turn on any thing before the 2nd clicking sound as the regulator is checking for leak. When leak is detected, the regulator refuses to give full pressure. Let us know any further question.
