| I used the cooker over the weekend to deep fry fish. It would hold the 350 degree cooking temperature without any problem at all with a gallon of peanut oil in my 6″ deep fish cooking pan. The only problem I had was regulating the temperature so it didn’t get the oil too hot. I think with a little practice it should work out great. You should be able to advertise it on your website as a fish cooker. |
