Question: What wok sizes are working for EF11? 12″, 13″ or 14″ ? how about flat bottom wok?
Answer: EF11SQN50WG stove can work with wok size of 12″, 13″, 14″ both wound and flat bottom.
Question: Is Quick Disconnect better compared with fixed installation? Any drawback?
Answer: The EF11SQN stove has a rubber hose with quick connector for easy installation. The rubber hose may age in a few years. The EF11SFN stove has a 3/8″ flare connector meant for fixed and permanent installation. Since the hose is stainless, the installation is quite durable.
Question: Do you have an outdoor cover ? If not, what would you recommend for me to find one?
Answer: We do not sell cover. We usually recommend using your wok and lid upside down to cover the stove.
