I have been using the stove and it works really well, with plenty of heat, and plenty of sizzle in the wok. You have to get all your ducks in a row before firing it up, as it leaves no time of last minute prep. or searches for condiments Perfect for my use with a 16″ wok.
As I said I really like using the stove – a completely different experience to trying to cook with a wok on a regular cooking stove top. The flavor of the food is much enhanced by the high temperatures, no more stewed food.
A really great product, built like a tank.
