Roberto N (PF13CL160EI, NY): I got my new PF13CL160EI a few days ago and I tried to start cooking a few minutes ago but after I started, in about 15 seconds stove automatically shuts off with a sound when the flames goes off. I just got a brand new propane tank . Any ideas why this is happening ?

Roberto N: After trying again and again to resolve the problem, I found out I misplaced the burner and it was up side down. I corrected the simple solution and enjoyed once again of wok cooking.
