I am undecided between the PF13L160 and the PF13L130.

I am undecided between the PF13L160 and the PF13L130. Can flame be regulated in both? Which one is better for Chinese wok stir-frying?

And which one is better for using with discadas like this one: http://www.southwestdisk.com/18-madrid-discada/.

Outdoorstirfry:

In both cases, PF13L160 would be better.   The burner in PF13L160 is bigger and is able to spread the flame wider.  Flame in both can be adjusted.

Inquiry:

If I buy the PF13S160, can I then make a hole in a steel table like in the pic attached and use it. What diameter should I make the hole and will the stick go through? Have you tried it?

Outdoorstirfry:

We have many customers built our stove into their outdoor kitchen similar to building into a cart.  Typically the hole you open will need to be smaller than the top diameter of the windguard of the stove.

Inquiry:

Also, can the legs be detached completely, so that I can use the unit both self-standing during camping trips and embedded in a steel table while at home? Can you please tell me the exact diameter of the circular hole I need to make in my steel table for the 13 inch PF13L160 model, so that it fits snugly?

Outdoorstirfry:

Yes the long legs can be detached easily by three screws.   We will get you the recommended diameter by this evening.

Inquiry:

Perfect, thanks! This is exactly what I need. Final question. Do you also sell a wok with handle that is light, in the original Chinese style, so that I can toss? In your videos you often use a two handled wok and leave it there, but I prefer having the options of tossing.

Outdoorstirfry:

The carbon steel wok is exactly what you need https://outdoorstirfry.com/?page_id=338#CarbonSteelWSL.   IT is the same as the wok on top of the stainless cart picture you sent before.

Inquiry:

Last thing: what is the diameter of the carbon steel wok on your website that fits that 13 inches burner?

Outdoorstirfry:

It is 14″.

Inquiry:

I suppose I can ALSO use the burner with a 17 inch flat cast iron pan like the following by just leaving it on it, right?  https://www.amazon.com/Lodge-Seasoned-Cast-Skillet-Handles/dp/B00063RWVG

Outdoorstirfry:

The burner flame should be able to reach this flat pan.
