|Hello! You can add me to the customer feedback portion of your website because I cannot say enough good things about the stove I ordered. It’s been about a month I’ve been using it and it’s impossible for me to be any happier!
And though I love cooking Schezuan, this stove works wonders for cooking Peruvian and even Mexican food! (Try frying simple “preparada” carne asada from the carniceria at high temperatures in a wok!!!)
FYI, since I see that clients have had questions about recipes for wok cooking, I highly recommend any book by Grace Young, in particular “Breath of a Wok” and “Stir Frying to the Sky’s Edge”.
