Customer (EF13SN50WG):
Igniting the fire takes three or four clicks every time. Is this normal? Do you have any fixes for this?
Outdoorstirfry:
The small ignition pipe does not give enough gas for reliable ignition if the knob is turned too quickly. Usually we recommend to turn the knob to a position right before clicking sound and hold there for 2~3 seconds before clicking sound to accumulate enough gas for easier ignition. At some time, for example during wet weather, the ignition might be too stubborn to ignite. A manual BBQ long arm igniter would be handy to manually ignite the main burner.
