Hello! I am considering the 160 plus, and am wondering about compatibility with regular pans. I see in the archives that you typically recommend a diameter greater than 13in. My largest pan is 12.5in, and I was wondering how it would fit on the powerflamer 160. Could I reasonably cook with a 12.5in on the powerflamer? Would it just nestle down into the ring a little lower since the wok ring slopes inward? Do you happen to have any photos of the powerflamer with different sized pans?
And what is the lowest BTU output you can adjust to on the burner? I certainly won’t need anywhere near max heat when cooking with a regular pan, and want to make sure I can adjust to a low enough flame. Thank you very much!

If a pan is less than 13″, it may sit on the stove wok support. However, the entire pan, including your pan’s long handle, is exposed to the flame. This is not safe to handle. Thus, <13″ is not recommended. We don’t have any photo of pan sitting on the stove.
The stove output is continuous. Its flame can be controlled to its minimum. However, the burner is 5~6″ below the top of the stove wind guard. Its flame will not be small if it is used to heat a pan.
