Hello, I am interested in purchasing a Powerflamer 160. I wanted to ask about the manual vs. electronic ignition first. If I purchase the manual ignition, will the pilot light stay on if I turn off the heat (e.g., between dishes), or do I have to light it all over again each time? Thank you.

For manual stove, the pilot flame can stay lit for you to turn off the main burner between dishes. You don’t have to re-light it every time.
