Customer:
HI, about 8 years ago I purchased an EasyFlamer Stir Fry Stove with a Wind Guard (Natural Gas). The inner 2 rings do not produce any flames. Only the outer rings work. I have used a wire brush to clean the rings and tipped the burner over to release any dirt but it is still not working, Can you please advise me how I can get it back to normal working condition.
Outdoorstirfry:
Based upon what you describe, it is highly possible that the brass orifice that gives gas to the inner two rings is clogged. If you look at the picture below, with the stove upside down exposing the full ignition switch, the brass piece with sawtooth wheel on your right side (if you stand on the ignition head side toward the burner) controls the gas to the inner two rings. Please unscrew this brass piece and look for any spider web and clean it out.
Let us know how it goes.
Customer:
Thanks – I unscrewed the brass sawtooth ring, but did not notice any obstruction, however the small brass piece on the right (closest to the switch) – it has a few holes around the brass pipe. These were clogged and at first I removed the dirt and tested the burner, but still not working. I then used a thin piece of wire to poke into the holes and I blew some air into the holes. This seems to have done the trick It is now working. Thanks and Regards

Very good. The brass sawtooth ring is to control the mixing of fuel/air. The part with little holes is the true orifice. Unclogging the orifice is what you just did. We are glad that you fix it.
