I own this for some time. It used to be a blue flame but now the flame is red and it makes the outside pot black.

Our Answer (if any): Red or yellow flames are usually due to some blockage in the gas delivery path. Most likely there is a spider web inside the orifice or along the gas pipe leading to the burner holes. This requires some taking apart of the stove burner and look inside the orifice or pipe.
