What’s basic steps to do a stir fry dish?

  • Set up the stove with the propane tank and light it up (for how to, see here);
  • Pour vegetable oil to wok;
  • Put in garlic, ginger and meat (if any, otherwise skip this step), stir until brownish;
  • Put in vegetable, stir, add soy sauce (or salt/sugar), stir to mix them well.
