Long leg stove to work with the stand?

Customer:

Hello , can i put the 160 long leg wok in the stand,? I really like it

Outdoorstirfry:

The long legs are detachable.  Once detached, the stove is a short leg version, ready to be inserted into the stand hole.

Customer:

That’s great news, i don’t plan to move this often, do u recommend the table for stability?

Outdoorstirfry:

The table only weighs 11lbs.  To our understanding, its bottom shelf will need to be weighed down with heavy object for better stability.   We have stabilizers for long legs that also improves stability of the stove.

Just a quick question about this one now

Inquiry:

Just a quick question about this one now. I saw 2 gas controls in the picture. Can the pilot light remain lit while you’re using the stove? That way if you accidentally turn off the main burner you can quickly relight it of the pilot is still lit. How are the legs? Sturdy? Thanks!

Outdoorstirfry:

The purpose of the pilot light is to remain lit during cooking.   However sometimes strong wind can blow it off.  The legs are sturdy.

Your product looks very interesting but concerns about durability as legs look thin making unit possibly unstable while cooking. Looking for long term.

Outdoorstirfry:

Out of so many customers, there were couple expressing the same concern before purchase.   After purchase we don’t hear their complain any more.   Relatively, the long leg version is not as sturdy as the short leg version (only available from out one web site).    An example for a general feeling on how stable a long leg stove is is here at Youtube by a customer.  If found not stable enough, one solution is to hang more weights on the three long leg adapter areas.   These weights can be improvised, such as brick or concrete block tied with a string.   We would not want to sell these weights to you as shipping does not make sense.
