What is the difference between configurable and non configurable?
Inquiry: What is the difference between configurable and non configurable? I did not understand the explanation. Outdoorstirfry: The non-configurable version can only work with a regular 20lb propane tank. The configurable one can work with both 20lbs tank and 1lb propane bottle. Difference between PowerFlamer 160EI and 160IEI
PowerFlamer 160EI has separate control knobs for ignition and main burner flames. PowerFlamer 160IEI has only one knob for both main burner and ignition control.

Stabilizers are not needed if cooking does not involve tossing the wok on the stove side.

We don’t sell tank or bottle. We only sell stoves. Stabilizers are to stabilize stove during tossing food. Cover custom fits our stoves. Only our manual stoves have pilot. Electronic ignition stove do not have pilot flame.

If tank has a POL outlet, a simple POL to ACME adaptor is needed for the stove to connect.
Wok Tossing
Even with stabilizers properly installed, stove edge is not safe for wok tossing. Building the stove fully on to a study surface is the way.
